Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Grantiness ("the Service") is operated by Entroparc ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and are contracting with Entroparc. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Grantiness aggregates publicly available grant information from sources such as Grants.gov, the EU Funding & Tenders Portal, and curated foundation pages. We use AI to score how well each grant matches your profile. We do not guarantee eligibility, award, or any outcome of any application.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate profile information so we can match grants relevant to your work.

4. Acceptable use

You will not scrape, resell, or attempt to extract our database; you will not abuse our AI matching infrastructure; you will not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

Entroparc retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the software, design, branding, documentation, AI matching logic, and any aggregated or derived data we produce. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. Grant content sourced from public databases remains the property of the respective funders. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its underlying data.

6. Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy for how to request a refund.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Grant descriptions, deadlines, and eligibility may change at the funder's discretion. Always verify on the source website before applying.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entroparc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
